Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $18.00–$19.50
- Paid time off & insurance: Generous PTO, multiple health insurance options including family coverage, vision, and dental

- Shifts: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM (36 hours/week)
- Holidays: Rotating coverage required
- Weekends: Every other weekend
- Current CNA certificate in Iowa
- Experience in memory care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to resident needs
- Able to work independently and as part of the care team
