Strawberry Point Lutheran Home Community in Strawberry Point, IA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Cook to join our team. As a Cook at our facility, you will play a crucial role in providing nutritious and delicious meals to our residents. Your culinary skills and passion for cooking will help improve the overall well-being and quality of life for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus and dietary restrictions
• Ensure that meals are served on time and are of the highest quality
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
• Collaborate with dietary staff to meet the nutritional needs of residents
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Also offering a yearly uniform allowance.

Hours: 56 hours per pay period (bi-weekly) 5:30am- 1:30pm & 11:30am-7:30pm (swing shift). Every other weekend and every other holiday.

Experience preferred but willing to train.
