We are seeking full-time and/or part-time Speech Language Pathologists to join our Kids First Early Intervention Program, serving children from birth to age three with developmental delays. This is a home and community-based program serving families throughout Centre County.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individualized, family-centered therapy for infants and toddlers in their natural environments
• Support children’s communication, cognitive, social-emotional, and behavioral development
• Collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team of early intervention professionals
• Use evidence-based practices and assessments to guide therapy and monitor progress
• Enjoy flexible scheduling (with occasional evening hours as needed)

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (Master’s with CCC required; CFY candidates considered with experience working with young children)
• Passion for working with young children and their families
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Valid PA driver’s license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle
• State, FBI, and child abuse clearances required
• One-year commitment preferred
