Dishwasher/Busser

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Assist in bussing tables by clearing dishes, glassware, and silverware promptly after guests finish their meals.
• Support food preparation efforts by assisting chefs with basic cooking tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Help set up for banquets or catering events by arranging tables and chairs according to specifications.
• Follow food handling safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient workflow.

Skills

• Experience in bussing, food preparation, or related roles within the food service industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with banquet service and catering operations is a plus.
• Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail to uphold hygiene standards.
• Basic cooking knowledge is beneficial for assisting in food preparation tasks.
• Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or culinary environments is highly valued.
• Excellent food handling skills with an understanding of safety protocols in a kitchen setting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
