What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Attorney position at StraussGroup - Executive Search Consultants?
Our client, a well-established and highly respected AMLaw 200 law firm, is looking to add a Trust & Estate Partner to their team in Buffalo, NY. A portable book of business is not required.
The firm offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package. At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position is $150,000 to $250,000. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as experience and skill level.
Candidates must have the following experience/credentials:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- LLM in tax law or estate planning is preferred, but not required.
- Admitted to practice in New York State.
- Minimum of eight years of experience in estate planning, working with high-net-worth individuals and trust administration, including estate, income and gift tax planning matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with other practice areas to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
