Our client, a well-established and highly respected regional law firm, is looking to add a Business Litigation Attorney to their team in Albany, NY.
The ideal candidate will have two to six years of commercial business litigation experience with clients across various industries. Job responsibilities include handling depositions, motion practice, court appearances and managing electronic discovery.
The firm offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package. Candidates must have strong academic credentials, including Juris Doctor degree, excellent written and verbal communication skills and must be admitted to practice law in New York State. At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position is $123,000 to $165,000. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as experience, skill level and portable book of business.
