Qualifications
Candidates for the Torts & Products Liability Associate will possess the following qualifications and expertise:
- Minimum of five years of litigation experience, preferably in torts
- Experience in New York State and Federal courts handing the defense of products liability, personal injury and professional malpractice actions
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Juris Doctor
- Must be admitted to practice in New York State
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships
At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $145,000. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as years of experience and skill level. This range does not include performance or merit-based bonuses or other benefits offered by the firm.
