What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembler position at StraussGroup - Executive Search Consultants?
A growing international manufacturer is hiring multiple Assemblers for it's new, world-class facility in WNY.
What You'll Do:
- Perform light assembly of industrial equipment using hand and power tools
- Follow engineering drawings and work instructions to build to spec
- Conduct quality checks to ensure units meet customer requirements
- Troubleshoot issues during assembly and flag nonconformances
- Work collaboratively with a team to hit production and delivery goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with power tools
- Brazing, HVAC, or electrical experience a big plus
- Strong attendance record and reliable transportation
- Team player with a great work ethic
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working first shift with opportunities for overtime
- Students or recent grads in HVAC/technical programs encouraged to apply
Salary : $18 - $24
