The Senior Engineer oversees the technical development of projects, mentors junior staff, and serves as a subject matter expert in the field.

Primary Essential Functions
- Manage project design, including technical quality, people, process, cost, and schedule
- Collaborate with engineering/architecture disciplines on complex projects
- Supervise and/or prepare design documents, specifications, and cost estimates
- Detailed design engineering and QA/QC checks
- Prepare studies and reports
- Site investigations and construction administration
- Identify and manage client deliverables and expectations
- Permitting and coordination with federal, state, and local municipalities.
- Communicate with a high level of professionalism with clients, sub-consultants, and office staff
- 8-15 years of engineering consulting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- PE required
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Hydraflow, or equivalent hydrology software
- Project experience with: Residential and commercial development, site layout, grading and drainage, hydraulics, hydrology, and stormwater/water quality ; Water and sewer, and permitting
