Your Role: The Backbone of Our Operations
Be the Glue – Keep the office humming with seamless organization, timely communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Own the Schedule – Manage service appointments, coordinate with clients, and ensure our technicians are set up for success.
Master the Details – Track invoices, payments, and expenses in QuickBooks, ensuring our books stay as crisp as our water.
Keep Us Moving Forward – Maintain records, manage inventory, and anticipate what needs to happen next—before anyone asks.
What It Takes to Win Here
You’re Experienced – At least 2 years in office administration, bookkeeping, or operations.
You’re Precise – No detail gets past you, and you take pride in keeping things organized.

You’re Tech-Savvy – QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, CRM tools—these are second nature to you.

- Have worked in a service-based industry (plumbing, HVAC, water filtration, etc.).
