Duties
- Respond promptly to on-call assignments requiring armed guard monitoring and patrol.
- Enforce security policies and procedures while on post.
- Maintain detailed incident reports and logs of daily activities for record-keeping and future reference.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required and assist in investigations related to theft.
- Provide assistance to staff as needed, ensuring a safe environment at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security services, law enforcement, military, or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent conflict management abilities with a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and security best practices.
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally while maintaining composure.
- Must pass background checks and meet all legal requirements for armed security personnel.
