Role Description This is a part-time (likely 15-20 hours per week), hybrid (on-site/remote) Administrative Assistant role based in Grand Rapids, MI. The Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations, primarily behind the scenes. Proofreading reports is a primary work duty, while other responsibilities may include sending emails, responding to phone calls, preparing and updating documents, supporting clinicians with administrative needs, etc. This position works closely with the provider to help maintain smooth workflows and timely client services.

- Prior experience in a mental health, medical, or human services office is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in writing, administration ,or healthcare is a plus.
