As an Operations Manager, you will oversee service delivery, quality control, and client satisfaction across a portfolio of commercial cleaning accounts. You’ll work closely with clients, franchise owners, and internal teams to ensure every facility receives consistent, high‑quality service.
This is a hands-on, relationship‑focused role that requires strong organization, leadership, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Support franchise owners with training, staffing, and operational guidance
- Conduct site inspections and ensure brand standards are met
- Build strong client relationships through communication and responsiveness
- Resolve service issues quickly and effectively
- Oversee onboarding of new accounts and ensure smooth transitions
