Job Summary

ARE YOU A SELF STARTER THATS WORN OUT BY BEING MICRO-MANAGED? As an Operations Manager for the #1 Commercial Cleaning company in the US, your primary goal will be to develop trusted relationships with our Unit Franchise Owners as well as our current and potential Clientele. With extensive training, strong support teams, and continual opportunities for growth, our Franchise Business Consultants develop the skills to coach and develop our Franchisees into successful business owners.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with both Stratus clientele and franchisees.
• Conduct quality audits to maintain high service standards.
• Facilitate the startup of services for new clients.
• Address and resolve client complaints.
• Manage transfers of service between franchisees.
• Quote and sell one-time services to existing clients.
• Train new franchisees.
• Conduct quarterly meetings with franchisees.
• Build and maintain consultative relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships
• Stay up to date on industry and market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify innovative business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Be a part of a culture that values innovation, leadership, agility, and teamwork
• Little to no overnight travel required.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Preferred, but not required, experience in Cleaning Industry, Janitorial, Floor Care, and Carpet knowledge.
• Valid Driver’s License
• HS Diploma or GED
• Preferred, but not required, experience in Cleaning Industry, Janitorial, Floor Care, and Carpet knowledge.
• Experienced in project management and follow-through on tasks to completion.
• Preferred, but not required, Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English is preferred).
• Desire to 'coach' and build teams.
• Computer literacy, including internet navigation and proficiency in Google Workspace.
• HubSpot and LinkedIn familiarity is a plus.
• Effective communication abilities with people from various backgrounds.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Experience in multiunit, multilocation, restaurant service, or franchising is a plus.

• Base Salary /-$40k - $60k
