Job Summary:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Compliance Manager to oversee and enforce regulatory and operational compliance across our commercial cleaning franchise network. This role is critical to ensuring all franchisees maintain high standards of service, adhere to company policies, and comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning operations, regulatory compliance, and franchise systems. You will work closely with both internal teams and franchise owners to uphold the integrity, consistency, and legal compliance of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise & Operational Compliance
- Monitor franchisee adherence to brand standards, operational protocols, and terms of the franchise agreement.
- Conduct regular audits and compliance inspections at commercial client sites and franchise offices.
- Identify gaps and implement corrective action plans with franchisees as needed.
Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, and other applicable health and safety regulations related to commercial cleaning environments (e.g., offices, medical facilities, retail, industrial sites).
- Monitor the use, storage, and disposal of cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with federal and local guidelines (e.g., SDS, PPE protocols).
- Lead initiatives to promote safe workplace practices for both franchisees and cleaning staff.
Risk Management & Reporting
- Investigate incidents, complaints, or violations of compliance — including employee injuries, client complaints, and sanitation breaches.
- Maintain accurate documentation of audits, training, inspections, and compliance violations.
- Report risks or compliance issues to leadership and provide recommendations for mitigation.
Policy Development & Implementation
- Help develop, update, and enforce company-wide compliance policies related to commercial cleaning operations.
- Ensure franchisees are informed of regulatory updates and changes in company procedures.
Collaboration
- Partner with legal, operations, HR, and franchise development teams to integrate compliance into all aspects of franchise management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to franchisees on operational and legal compliance.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
