Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Outbound Lead Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient distribution, inventory control, and team management. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of warehouse associates, coordinate logistics activities, and implement process improvements to optimize productivity.
Duties
- Oversee and manage outbound operations to ensure smooth daily workflow
- Lead and coordinate the team to meet performance targets (OPH)
- Ensure inventory accuracy and proper warehouse processes (including FIFO)
- Identify and resolve operational issues within the warehouse
- Maintain clear communication and strong on-site leadership
Requirements
- Experience in both inbound and outbound warehouse operations
- Prior team management or leadership experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and efficiency standards
- Ability to manage team performance and maintain productivity
- Good communication skills and proactive work attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
