Qualifications:

- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through rigorous data collection, analysis, and reconciliation using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
- Conduct root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies, stock shortages, or overages, identifying process gaps and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with procurement and sourcing teams to optimize purchasing strategies, negotiate supplier contracts, and improve materials handling processes.
- Utilize data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau to generate insightful reports on inventory trends, demand planning forecasts, and supply chain analytics.
- Support warehouse operations by coordinating shipping & receiving activities, order fulfillment, and materials management to ensure seamless flow of goods.
- Lead process improvement initiatives focused on enhancing inventory control procedures, reducing waste, and increasing efficiency across warehouse distribution channels.
- Engage in category management and merchandising strategies by analyzing sales data from Nielsen or retail management systems to optimize stocking levels and product placement.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, warehouse distribution, or inventory control roles with a strong understanding of logistics principles.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems such as SAP or AS400, SQL database querying, and data analytics tools including Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform financial modeling, demand planning, and root cause analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent negotiation skills for sourcing suppliers and managing contracts effectively while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Hands-on experience with materials handling equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred) and familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, 3PL (third-party logistics), shipping & receiving operations, and materials management best practices.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
