Marketing Director
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director to lead and execute marketing efforts for a commercial real estate law firm. This senior-level role will oversee marketing strategy, brand development, client acquisition, and business development initiatives, with primary emphasis on commercial, construction defect, and litigation practice areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with firm objectives and target markets.
- Oversee brand positioning across website, social media, advertising, presentations, proposals, and collateral.
- Lead client development initiatives, referral programs, event marketing, networking strategies, and CRM implementation/management.
- Support attorneys with pitch preparation, RFP responses, proposal templates, and new business presentations.
- Drive digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
- Lead thought leadership initiatives, industry visibility, sponsorships, and market presence in Houston and Austin.
- Operate as a hands-on solo marketing leader who partners closely with attorneys, vendors, and agencies to deliver results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 7–10 years of marketing experience, with 3–5 years in a senior marketing or leadership role within a law firm, professional services firm, or service-based industry.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, content strategy, CRM platforms, business development support, and brand management.
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
