The Opportunity
We are recruiting a Manager of Corporate Development on behalf of a well-established, growth-oriented organization with operations across multiple markets.
This individual will play a key role in supporting the company’s acquisition and growth strategy. Working closely with senior leadership and ownership, the successful candidate will help identify, evaluate, and execute acquisition opportunities that strengthen the organization’s capabilities, market position, and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Support acquisitions from initial evaluation through closing.
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation, return modeling, and scenario analysis.
- Coordinate cross-functional due diligence with internal teams and external advisors.
- Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership and the Board.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential acquisition targets.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitive research.
- Support deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction documentation.
- Develop standardized M&A tools, templates, and processes.
- Partner with integration teams to support effective post-acquisition planning.
Qualifications
- Three to seven years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, transaction advisory, or another M&A-focused role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience managing due diligence processes and virtual data rooms.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Sound business judgment and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
