Job Overview
We are currently hiring professional and dependable Security Patrol Officers for residential vehicle patrol assignments throughout Beverly Hills, Encino, Brentwood, and Bel-Air. Officers will conduct mobile patrols for HOA communities, gated neighborhoods, luxury private residences, and residential properties.
This position is ideal for individuals seeking flexible part-time or full-time opportunities, with additional hours and overtime available based on availability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct vehicle patrols of residential communities and private properties
- Monitor HOA neighborhoods and high-end residential areas for suspicious activity
- Perform property inspections and perimeter checks
- Respond to alarms, disturbances, and resident concerns
- Complete detailed incident and activity reports
- Maintain visible patrol presence to deter trespassing, theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activity
- Communicate professionally with residents, clients, dispatch, and law enforcement when necessary
- Follow all company procedures and site-specific protocols
- Safely operate company patrol vehicles during assigned shifts
Requirements
- Valid California Guard Card
- Valid California Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned locations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be able to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Prior patrol or residential security experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HOA or private residential security
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Knowledge of Beverly Hills, Encino, and Brentwood areas
- Experience with mobile patrol operations and incident reporting software
