The Fitness Center Front Desk Attendants provide excellent customer service to our members and their guests, and are knowledgeable about our facility and the resort. This is a part-time seasonal position, paid at $20.00/hour.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Fitness Center Front Desk Attendants provide excellent customer service to our members and their guests, and are knowledgeable about our facility and the resort. This is a part-time seasonal position, paid at $20.00/hour.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Greet and direct guests, employees, vendors and other visitors in a friendly and courteous manner
- Opening and closing procedures
- Cash handling and register duties
- Process membership application
- Retail merchandising and stocking
- Book massages, tennis lessons and court times, personal training sessions
- Assist the maintenance team in maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of the facility
- Follow all safety codes
- Assist with events as needed
- Enforce all facility rules and regulations
- Additional duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- High school diploma, or equivalent, required
Experience:
- Previous customer service experience, preferred
- Experience working in a fitness/spa center environment, preferred
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer literacy skills
- CPR/AED certification, company will provide if needed
- Personal Training certification, a plus
