POSITION SUMMARY
The Owner Rental Coordinator plays a key role in all behind-the-scenes processes for our owner rental program. This position is responsible for collecting and preparing all statistical reporting, maintaining relationships with other departments and outside vendors. This is a full-time year-round, benefit eligible position. The pay range for this role is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Owner Rental Coordinator plays a key role in all behind-the-scenes processes for our owner rental program. This position is responsible for collecting and preparing all statistical reporting, maintaining relationships with other departments and outside vendors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Input owner calendars and make owner reservations
- Property checks upon guest and owner arrival and departure
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance vendors, and owners for upkeep and repairs
- Work closely with Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure condos operate at top performance level
- Update unit statistics and inventory photos annually
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain updated information on Stratton's website regarding condos in the program
- Maintain and update unit features in HOST
- Accurately maintain condo reports and records
- Assist the ORM manager when needed
- Additional tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Previous lodging, resort, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
