Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Santa Clarita, CA. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring accuracy in financial documents, reconciling accounts, and supporting budget and financial forecasting activities. The role will include preparing tax filings, maintaining compliance with financial regulations, processing payroll, and analyzing financial performance metrics. Additionally, the Accountant will communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budget management, and tax preparation
• Expertise in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and clients
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred but not required
• Prior experience in commercial real estate or a related industry is a plus
