United Valet Service is hiring a Hotel Valet Lead/Supervisor for one of our new premier hotel accounts in Houston. We're seeking an experienced and dependable leader with a strong hospitality background in hotel valet operations. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day valet operations, ensuring consistent and professional service

Serve as the main point of contact between hotel management and United Valet leadership

Supervise, train, and mentor valet attendants to meet service expectations

Manage weekly scheduling and ensure proper shift coverage based on hotel needs

Review and submit payroll accurately and on time for your team

Monitor guest vehicle flow and key handling procedures to ensure safety and efficiency

Respond to guest concerns or service issues promptly and professionally

Conduct regular audits of valet tickets and reports to ensure accountability

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional valet area at all times

Support recruitment and assist with onboarding and performance evaluations
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of hotel valet experience (lead or supervisor experience preferred)

Valid Texas drivers license with a clean driving record

Strong leadership, time management, and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with both automatic and manual transmissions

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to stand and move for long periods and work in various weather conditions
