Porter / Groundskeeper – Apartment Community (Dallas)
We’re hiring a full-time porter/groundskeeper for an upscale apartment community in Dallas. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work outdoors.
Responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior grounds, walkways, and common areas
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Manage trash rooms and dumpster areas
• Assist with basic cleaning of interior common areas as needed
• Maintain overall property presentation
Requirements
• Prior porter, groundskeeper, or janitorial experience preferred
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain standards
Schedule
Full-time position. Schedule will be discussed during interview.
