Stratton Amenities is a leading provider of upscale hospitality services, specializing in creating exceptional living experiences for residents at luxury apartment communities. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge/Courtesy Patrol team member to join our team at an upscale apartment community in San Diego.

Shifts: Part-Time or Full Time

Job Summary

The Concierge/Courtesy Patrol plays a vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and satisfaction of our residents. This position requires a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to handle a variety of tasks, from providing excellent customer service to conducting regular security patrols.

Key Responsibilities

• Resident Services: Greet and assist residents and guests, handle inquiries, and provide information about the community and local area.
• Security Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure the safety and security of residents and property.
• Incident Reporting: Respond to and document incidents, issues, or disturbances in a timely and professional manner.
• Access Control: Monitor and manage access to the property, ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed entry.
• Package Handling: Receive, log, and manage resident packages and deliveries.
• Emergency Response: Act as a first responder in emergencies, coordinating with emergency services as needed.
• Community Engagement: Foster a welcoming environment by organizing and participating in community events and activities.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, reports, and logs related to security, maintenance requests, and resident interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in a concierge, customer service, or security role preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attributes: Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Working Conditions

• Hours: Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Environment: Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, with regular patrols required.
