Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Kitchen Efficiency: Work efficiently during service to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and organized kitchen operation.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment, following all health and safety guidelines.
- Inventory & Stocking: Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed to ensure kitchen readiness.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 1 years of experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
