We are looking for an Barback to join our team! You will be helping to create exceptional experiences for our customers during their dining experience with supporting bartenders thoughout the shift.
You are passionate about beverages and share that passion by going above and beyond for customers. A natural-people-person with an eye for the details. You are looking to join a hard-working and efficient team that cares about great food and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support Bartenders throughout the shift
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the bar.
Qualifications:
- Min 18yrs old
- Service Experience preferred
- Able to lift fifty pounds on a regular basis
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable on feet for majority of shift
- Comfortable in loud and distracting surroundings
- Able to adjust to changing environments
- Comfortable with manual labor
- Late nights and early mornings
- Team mindset willing to get their hands dirty
- Ability to take direction from bartenders
