Stratosphere Quality is hiring a Traveling Project Supervisor to lead Quality Inspector teams at customer manufacturing facilities across both first and second shift operations. What You’ll Do
- Supervise and lead Quality Inspector teams at customer sites
- Support projects across 1st and 2nd shift operations as needed
- Oversee daily project setup, execution, and team performance
- Train, coach, and develop team members on quality procedures
- Ensure safety and customer quality requirements are met
- Communicate with client representatives and site leadership
- Complete reporting, documentation, and project updates
- Travel to manufacturing plants and warehouse facilities within the assigned region
- Step in as on-site leadership support when required
- 2 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or quality preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours between 1st and 2nd shift schedules
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing job site needs and priorities
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be willing to travel within a 2-hour radius of Maryville, TN
- Must pass a background check
