💼 Team Leader Responsibilities
Set up and manage inspection projects
Supervise and lead Quality Inspectors
Develop work instructions and train team members on procedures and safety
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Act as interim leader when Project Supervisor is unavailable
Inspect parts and verify quality standards
Ensure all team members have proper tools, gauges, and equipment
Complete required paperwork, reports, and training

Previous leadership or supervisory experience a plus
