What You’ll Do
As a Project Supervisor, you’ll lead and support a team of Quality Inspectors at customer sites. From setting up projects to building relationships with clients, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring top-quality results while fostering a motivated and successful team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and support teams to meet quality, safety, and performance standards
- Develop clear work instructions and train team members
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to inspectors and team leaders
- Travel to customer sites (manufacturing plants or warehouses) to oversee projects
- 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and attention to detail
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Flexibility to travel to customer sites on short notice
