📍 Quality Inspectors & Team Leaders – Marysville & East Liberty
💵 Pay:
Inspectors: Starting at $17/hr
Team Leaders: Starting at $19/hr
🕒 Shifts:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM

💼 Roles & Responsibilities
Quality Inspector
Perform sorting, inspection, production, and data entry
Read and follow work instructions and safety rules
Maintain clean, organized work area
Use inspection, measuring, and test equipment
Complete training and follow all company policies
Qualifications:
Flexible and adaptable in changing environments
Positive attitude, self-motivated
Detail-oriented
Team Leader
Supervise teams of inspectors and ensure quality & safety standards
Set up projects and manage customer deliverables
Develop work instructions and train team members
Act as interim leader when Project Supervisor is unavailable
Inspect parts and verify equipment/tools
Communicate with customers and complete required documentation
Qualifications:
Leadership experience a plus
Flexible, adaptable, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and self-motivated
