We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Client Services Associate to join our Westlake Village, CA team. As a Senior Client Services Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and support for our clients. You will be responsible for providing best-in-class service to our clients, processing daily client service operational tasks, and implementing strategies to enhance the client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their financial objectives and preferences
- Collaborate with financial advisor to develop tailored solutions and investment strategies for clients
- Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client relationships and enhance their overall experience
- Oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of new clients into our services
- Facilitate trades for client portfolios, as directed by the advisor
- Liaise with insurance companies on insurance and annuity contracts
- Shepherd the rollover process for 401(k) plans
- Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, implementing improvements and adjustments as necessary
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve client service offerings
- Take initiative in finding innovative solutions to resolve account matters and sensitive client interactions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
5 years’ experience in Financial Client Services
Series 65/66 preferred or willingness to obtain
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and mentor team members
Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations
We offer a competitive salary ($70,000-$80,000 for non-licensed, $80,000-$90,000 for licensed) plus bonus structure; generous PTO policy, health, dental and other ancillary benefits, and retirement plan matching.
