We have an opening for a Client Service Administrator. This role is a key part of our team serving as the true connection between our clients, support team, and advisors. This great communicator, influencer and enthusiastic person supports the vision, positive culture, and team spirit. This individual will work in the areas of client support, onboarding, compliance, and administrative projects.
The Day to day:
Provide exceptional client engagement in person, over the phone and in writing
Promptly and professionally respond to client inquiries
Follow industry policies and requirements on all documentation
Run and print reports to support client service team
Prepare investment and insurance applications
Initiate, track and ensure completion of transaction requests within specified time frames and report progress to client service team
Manage CRM database
Support all compliance standards to maintain an effective investment for clients

Has excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
Is computer savvy, a self-starter, intuitive, motivated, and demonstrate a proficiency in using technology
Possess the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, and able to adapt to changing situations, client emergencies, and advisor prioritization
You have knowledge of Investment Advisory Regulations
You demonstrate personal integrity, honesty and can deal with confidential information daily
Strong time management and organizational skills a plus
Proficiency in REDTAIL CRM system, MoneyGuide Pro financial planning software, and Fidelity Institutional Wealthscape platform a plus, but not required
Requirements:
Associates or Bachelor's degree
3 years supporting financial advisors
