IT Systems Solutions Architect- Senior/ Contracts Manager

Job Purpose

Strativia is seeking a IT Systems Solutions Architect - Senior / Contract Manager to support U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center cybersecurity engineering and DoD RMF support services. Lead contract operations and cybersecurity architecture supporting Aberdeen Test Center (ATC). This key personnel position combines hands-on DoD RMF leadership with responsibility for daily contract performance, technical coordination, and a secure, mission-critical network environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Contract Manager with authority for daily contract operations and coordinate with Government representatives.
• Direct RMF lifecycle reporting, system security architecture, and ATO sustainment activities.
• Guide network expansion, cloud/enclave requirements, and secure system design.
• Oversee contract performance, quality control, technical reporting, and cybersecurity compliance.
• Support DoD RMF analysis, planning, execution, and maintenance of Authority to Operate (ATO) requirements for ATC information systems.
• Review hardware/software baseline changes and support configuration management, technical reviews, and defect analysis.
• Support system categorization, security control selection, implementation, assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring.
• Assist security assessments and audits, maintain POA&Ms, and support information assurance vulnerability management.
• Document security risks, evaluate compliance, and support classified and unclassified network environments.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance with favorably adjudicated Type 3 investigation; Top Secret preferred.
• Current CISSP certification.
• At least 10 years managing DoD RMF lifecycle reporting.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible network expansion and cloud/enclave work.
• Demonstrated DoD RMF, security audits, risk assessments, DISA STIGs, NIST Special Publications, and FISMA experience.
• Prior server or network administration experience reflected on resume.
• Experience managing networks across Windows, Linux, and Apple and unclassified/classified environments.
• Strong technical writing, communication, and contract leadership skills.
