WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing complex projects, especially in web development and banking products.
- Advanced or bilingual English (ability to communicate effectively in an international environment).
- Experience with Agile / hybrid frameworks, managing cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Product).
- Experience in banking and payments, including regulatory risk management and approval processes (NPA).
- Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Availability for indefinite relocation to the United States (TN visa support will be provided).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead projects end-to-end, from planning through implementation, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and quality.
- Develop and track project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Product).
- Monitor initiative progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and blockers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls; establish project governance through forums and escalation mechanisms.
- Produce executive reports and dashboards that provide clear visibility for decision-making.
- Coordinate go-live activities, change management, and post-implementation follow-up to ensure successful delivery.
