Stratford VNA is a local, nonprofit home healthcare agency, licensed by the State of Connecticut and Medicare certified. It was founded in 1919, and is an independent company not owned or part of a health system or corporate environment. - A current Connecticut RN license
- At least one year of nursing experience
- Strong assessment, clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- A passion for patient education and empowering individuals to manage their health
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- An interest in community-based healthcare
Home health experience is preferred, and experience with MatrixCare is a plus.
