Project Overview

This position supports major enhancements to multiple .NET applications used for program management, telecommunications, electronic tariff processing, and related internal systems. Responsibilities include upgrading .NET frameworks, enhancing existing application features, and improving overall system performance and efficiency.

Position Responsibilities

The consultant will work as a senior member of the .NET Developer Team and will:

• Design and modify system functionality based on change requests (.NET C#, SQL Server, Oracle, FileNet).
• Develop RESTful Web APIs.
• Implement enhancements using MVC and Entity Framework.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues in web applications.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers.
• Assist with defining requirements for Development, UAT, and Production environments.

Mandatory Qualification

• 7 years of experience providing technical leadership and performing at an expert level in .NET development.

Desired Qualifications

7 years of experience designing and architecting systems in Microsoft .NET.

7 years of experience designing secure web applications within a team environment.

6 years of experience in SQL Server database design.

3 years of experience working with Microsoft TFS.

7 years of experience programming in C#, MVC, ASP.NET, Entity Framework Core or EF6, Web API, and modern web tools.

3 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

3 years of experience using XAML with UWP, including MVVM and SQLite.

2 years of experience in Document Matter Management, Program Management, or Assessment Management.

Bachelor’s Degree.
