About the Role
The Preschool Mandarin Floater Teacher is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team that will develop and implement an instruction plan for young students in our Preschool and Pre-K classrooms, emphasizing vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
You will also
- Plan, supervise, and implement the Mandarin curriculum in multiple classrooms.
- Maintain the Mandarin curriculum and materials at your school
- Collaborate with other faculty and staff members
- Communicate regularly with parents, school leaders, and other staff as appropriate
What We Are Looking For
- Twelve post-secondary semester or equivalent quarter units in Early Childhood Education or related field at an accredited college or university
- A Bachelor’s degree in Early Child Development or related field is preferred
- Six months or more experience working in a childcare center or program
- Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English language
- Must be able to work in the U.S.
