About the Role
The Lunch and Extended Day Staff is a vital part of our school community, carrying out many of the duties necessary for the day-to-day operations of the campus. This position will supervise elementary students in indoor and outdoor play, crafts, and snacks. Crucially, this role will be responsible for maintaining a safe learning environment for our energetic and motivated students.
What We Offer
Pay range: $21.00 - 23.00 per hour
Shift Hours Monday - Friday 10:45 AM - 1:00 PM and 2:45 PM - 6:00 PM

- Plan and organize after-school arts and crafts, games, and outdoor activities
- Assist students with homework
- Collaborate with other faculty and staff members
- Be responsible for the safe supervision and care of students
- Light sweeping, wiping down tables, and trash removal
- High school graduate or GED
- Prior experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to connect with a variety of colleagues and students
