The Stratford Inn is a locally owned, Veteran‑owned hotel that has proudly served Ashland for over 44 years. We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, motivated individual to help keep our common areas clean, welcoming, and running smoothly.
Schedule: FT: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM, approx. 32 hours per week
What You’ll Do
- Clean and maintain all common areas, including hallways, stairwells, bathrooms, pool area, break rooms, and public spaces in trained order
- High and low dusting
- Disinfecting surfaces
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming
- Emptying trash and recycling
- Cleaning windows as needed
- Sweeping the parking lot
- Cleaning carpets/rugs with extractor
- Assisting guests when needed
- Following procedures and direction from your supervisor
- Cleaning bathrooms in order
- Other duties as assigned

- Ability to stay motivated with minimal supervision

- Willingness to learn, take direction, and accept constructive feedback
- Ability to lift and carry at least 20 lbs
