Summary

The Production Line Supervisor manages team members in the production of modular home building, applying Training Within Industry (TWI) methodologies to optimize processes in areas such as rough framing, roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, trimming, and detail finishing.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise production teams across all phases of modular home construction, including framing, roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, and finishing
- Read and interpret blueprints, material lists, and production guidelines
- Apply Training Within Industry (TWI) methods to train team members and ensure consistent, high-quality work
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and keep projects on schedule
- Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve strong results
- Coach and develop team members; address performance and resolve workplace issues
- Enforce safety standards, company policies, and proper documentation
- Support incident response and first aid processes as needed
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years of experience in a production/construction environment
- Experience in residential or commercial construction
- Strong leadership and team management skills
Preferred
- Experience training and developing team members
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
- Familiarity with TWI methodologies

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Overtime as needed
