We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic Diamond Belle team. In this role, you will craft and serve beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable experience. Your enthusiasm for hospitality, combined with excellent customer service skills, will help create a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This is a tipped wage job. Must pass background check.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to recipes and customer preferences
- Engage with guests in a friendly, lively manner to enhance their overall experience
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions efficiently using the Squirrel system POS
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times
- Restock bar supplies promptly to meet customer demand during busy hours
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during events like banquets
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within casual dining
- Strong knowledge of POS systems
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Exceptional customer service abilities with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and food industry calculations
- Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly and adhere to legal regulations regarding alcohol service
- Previous experience in hospitality environments like brewing establishments or catering is a plus
