A well-run store starts with a great stock team. Every fully stocked shelf, organized aisle, and timely delivery helps create a better shopping experience for our customers. We're looking for a dependable Stocker to join our St. Louis team and play an important role in keeping our store running smoothly.

Whether you're looking for your first retail position or already have stocking or warehouse experience, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

As a Stocker, you'll help ensure our store is fully stocked and ready for customers by:

• Receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming deliveries
• Stocking shelves, displays, and sales floor merchandise accurately and efficiently
• Rotating inventory to ensure older products are stocked first when applicable
• Monitoring inventory levels and notifying management of low-stock items
• Building promotional and seasonal displays according to store standards
• Keeping aisles, shelves, and displays neat, clean, and organized
• Maintaining a clean and orderly stockroom for efficient inventory management
• Assisting with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock audits
• Supporting the sales floor by quickly replenishing merchandise during busy shopping periods
• Following company safety procedures and loss prevention policies
• Working with teammates to ensure products are available and the store is ready for customers each day

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to contribute every shift
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting, carrying, and moving merchandise throughout the day
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Adaptable and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail setting
• Committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workplace
• Available to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Experience

Previous experience in stocking, retail, warehouse, inventory, merchandising, or logistics is helpful—but not required.

If you're dependable, motivated, and eager to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
