A growing manufacturing organization in Tulsa is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and refine production processes that enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

What You’ll Do
- Design, improve, and implement manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and product quality.
- Evaluate current workflows to identify bottlenecks, waste, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop equipment, tooling, jigs, fixtures, and methods that streamline production.
- Support quality and safety compliance by applying quality assurance techniques and adhering to regulatory standards.
- Conduct cost analyses for labor, materials, and production processes; recommend cost-saving improvements.
- Support new product introductions, plant layout changes, and production line modifications.
- Partner with engineering, production, and quality teams to implement new processes and train employees on updated methods or equipment.
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Industry 4.0 tools to drive operational efficiency and modernization.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and other assigned projects.
What You Bring
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and familiarity with manufacturing equipment and tooling concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to troubleshoot production issues and optimize processes.
- Solid understanding of Lean manufacturing, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Technical familiarity with machinery, automation, PLCs, and production systems (a plus).
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methods.
- Understanding of quality certifications such as ISO 9002.
- Proven ability to lead projects, track progress, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Physical Requirements
