OverviewThe Google Ads Specialist role is critical to helping small businesses thrive! This role will consist of on-site and/or remote client-focused working hours. You and the Marketing Director will have weekly meetings to review assignments, track work progress, and receive coaching. Meetings may be conducted in person or via remote conferencing. You will be responsible for creating Google Ads campaigns, optimizing campaigns and ads, creating and optimizing landing pages, and ensuring ROAS and CPA targets are met. You will have direct communication with clients and partake in client meetings with Strategy staff.This role is perfect for a strategic thinker and a metrics-oriented person who is passionate about generating leads for small businesses so they can grow.
