Strategy Institute is hiring a professional videographer and Photographer for our upcoming Digital Marketing for Financial Services Summit Location: Omni Charlotte Hotel
We are looking for someone who prioritizes quality over quantity and can confidently capture polished, high-impact footage/photos for post-event marketing and LinkedIn promotion.

This role is focused on capturing high-quality raw footage only (no editing required).
You will be responsible for:
• Capturing dynamic B-roll (10–15 second clips)
• High-energy networking shots
• Speaker clips on stage
• Sponsor interviews (VERY important)
• Delegate engagement moments
• Branded environmental shots
We are building content specifically for LinkedIn and future event promotions.
🎤 Sponsor Interviews (Priority)
Sponsor interviews are a key deliverable.
• Must bring professional microphones (lav or shotgun)
• Bring lighting if needed
• Ensure clean audio professional framing
• Branding should be visible in background
• Interviews will be facilitated by our team
🎥 What We’re Looking For
• Experience filming corporate events or conferences
• Ability to capture event energy and atmosphere
• Clean, steady handheld shooting
• Strong awareness of lighting and audio quality
• Professional equipment (camera, mics, lighting if needed)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
📦 Deliverables
• All raw footage delivered within 48 hours
• Organized by segment (B-roll, speakers, interviews, etc.)
