Strategy Financial Group is an independent financial services firm dedicated to building long-term, trusted relationships with our clients. We take a thoughtful, personalized approach to financial planning, combining strategy, clarity, and genuine care.
We are seeking a Wealth Manager who enjoys working directly with clients, building lasting relationships, and helping people make informed financial decisions. In this role, you’ll work alongside our lead Financial Advisor to develop and implement financial plans, meet with prospective clients from seminars and referrals, and support existing clients as their needs evolve. You’ll be involved in both the planning and relationship sides of the work: listening to what matters to each client, explaining recommendations clearly, and following through as plans are put into action.
This is an opportunity for someone who is comfortable initiating conversations and motivated to build a client base over time. You’ll have the support of an established advisory team while taking ownership of your appointments, client relationships, and results.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare, present, and implement customized financial plans based on clients’ goals and circumstances
- Meet one-on-one with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, discuss options, and guide next steps
- Provide guidance on investments, insurance, retirement, annuities, life insurance, and long-term care
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with prospects and existing clients
- Develop, manage, and retain strong client relationships through attentive service, clear communication, and consistent follow-through
- Participate in approximately three public seminars per month, including introducing the lead Financial Advisor and connecting with prospective clients
- Partner with the lead Financial Advisor to achieve individual and team goals
Who Thrives in This Role
You’ll thrive here if you are self-motivated, comfortable initiating conversations, and committed to earning clients’ trust over time. You enjoy working as part of a team while taking ownership of your relationships and results.
