Sales Manager – Financial Services (Phoenix, AZ)

What You’ll Do
✅ Implement and reinforce our proven sales system across a team of 12 advisors
✅ Coach and mentor high-performing financial professionals to consistent growth
✅ Drive accountability, systems, and excellence through data and discipline
✅ Collaborate with leadership, directly reporting to the Chief Growth Officer to align people, process, and performance
✅ Travel regularly between our offices in Phoenix, Peoria, and Chandler
