Position Overview
We are seeking skilled and dependable PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide intermittent skilled nursing services to patients in their homes. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to grow with a developing organization.
The ideal candidate has experience in home health or a related field and demonstrates strong clinical judgment, documentation accuracy, and adherence to state and federal regulations.
Compensation (Per Visit / PRN Structure)
- Routine Skilled Visit: $55 per visit
- Start of Care (SOC/OASIS): $120 per visit
- Resumption of Care (ROC): $95 per visit
- Recertification: $90 per visit
- Discharge Visit: $75 per visit
- Evaluation/Assessment: $90 per visit
- Meetings/Training: $40 per hour
- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.65 per mile
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
- Perform patient assessments, including Start of Care (SOC), Recertifications, and Discharges
- Accurately complete OASIS documentation (as applicable)
- Administer medications, treatments, and patient education
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to the appropriate healthcare provider
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Ensure adherence to all applicable state regulations, Nurse Registry requirements, and HIPAA standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida
- Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience (home health experience preferred)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong documentation and communication skills

- Two valid forms of identification
- Social Security Number
- Updated resume
- CPR/BLS certification
- Background screening (Level 2)
- TB test and/or health screening
Work Schedule
- PRN / As-needed basis
- Flexible scheduling based on nurse availability and patient needs
