Qualifications:

Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-01 (GS-04 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting management with workforce planning; position management; performance management; training and development; facilities management; timekeeping; succession planning; awards and recognition; temporary duty travel; etc.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
